Even if you are struggling with your budget you can still achieve a really Personalized look and feel to your Wedding by just doing acouple of things differently or adding in a few non-expensive touches. Let's explore 5 easy steps which you can take here: Step # 1 Add some creative Lighting
Have you ever noticed what draws us to a photo. like this one? It's the clever use of lighting which gives us a feeling of warmth directly from the page. Imagine how it would feel if you were actually in the room? This is where we begin to indulge all our senses as a wedding should be a 'sensory' and holistic experience. Clever use of lighting can transform even the dullest and darkest of spaces and make them feel welcoming and warm. Top colors to use are shades of pinks and purples and these can be used to great effect to enhance table top décor, your dance floor and any nooks and crannies, plinths or other special elements used in design such as a bar or dessert table for example. Step #2 Create a Warm and Welcoming Ambiance The 'ambiance' is the feeling that a space gives off. You know how some places you enter feel cold or dark and a little unwelcoming and even if you can't quite put your finger on it you somehow don't feel quite comfortable. Well, for your Wedding you are looking to create a wonderfully warm and glowing ambiance, even in daylight, which will make you and your guests instantly feel calm, relaxed and comfortable and put everyone in the perfect mood to enjoy all the treats you have in store for them. Candles, especially scented ones, will provide soft light and some subtle up lighters strategically placed will give a warm glow around the perimeter of the room which can then be adapted in the evening to create a new more vibrant feel to get the party going.
Comfort is another key feature and it is always a good idea to offer a lounge area with sofas, cushions and low tables, in a quiet area slightly away from the main events, if you possibly can. This gives guests somewhere to relax and can double up as your bar area seating in the evening. Your overall décor and your table top choices will ultimately determine the feeling your guests have when they first see your set up and you should always be aiming for the WOW! factor so let's look at this next.
Isn't this just the most stunning set up? You have everything going on here – candles and candelabra of varying heights, huge floral arrangements both tall and low, beautiful gold-rimmed tableware and glassware and NO other clutter on the tables. Elegant and stylish. Step #3 Choose your Table Top and Centerpieces carefully The way your tables look is one of the first things your guests will notice when they enter your reception space and whether it's a top hotel, a marquee or a village hall your aim is to try to create the WOW! factor immediately with a stylish, uncluttered table. Always go for less of best quality even if you just hire in some gorgeous colored water glasses or impact-making chargers. It is always worth considering hanging floral table centerpieces if there is not enough room on your round tables or consider whether long tables would meet your needs in a more aesthetically pleasing way. It will also depend on the size and shape of your room and the overall layout of your design if you are including a bar area, dance floor and lounge area. Step #4 Be Bold with your Floral Arrangements I would always recommend you go as BIG as you can afford with your flowers as they are a sure way to make maximum impact, create the WOW! Factor, add color and give a luxurious feel. A way to keep costs down and to get more for your money is to choose flowers which are in season at the time of your wedding and a quick chat with your florist will help you to determine what is available. It is also worth checking with them in advance of actually booking your wedding date since if you have set your heart on incorporating a specific flower or color of that flower into your designs you may have to choose your date accordingly.
Step #5 Really make a Statement with your Finishing Touches
Doctors are the only ones who can give this prescription to people who contain the need for consultation to a buy generic levitra chiropractic practitioner. These problems have led to many sourly strained relationships best tadalafil and have also broken many marriages. It's the part that keeps me alive in this Internet business. sildenafil buy in canada Packed in 3 doses such as 25mg, 50mg and 100mg, the medication should be checked and then cheap sildenafil uk taken as the dose depends on person's health and well-being.
This is truly your 'piece de resistance' when it comes to really
personalizing your Wedding! It includes anything and everything you
want to incorporate into your design to make YOURS a truly spectacular
and memorable Wedding which your guests will talk about for years to
come.
It could be a change of scene whereby you implement a change every
20-30 minutes, depending upon how your schedule is set up, and include
a change of lighting, a change of music, you could introduce something
new such as a dessert table, a port and stilton table, a cigar bar, a
change of entertainment, waiters bringing something around for your
guests, a reveal, wishing balloons, a game, someone makes a toast or
speech... this list is endless but your own 'personalities and style'
will determine the things which YOU want to create for your guests'
entertainment and enjoyment. Personal 'exclusive' touches like
designing a menu which means something to both of you i.e your
favorite childhood foods, a themed meal or you could add in a food
station or two... We’ve designed Dessert tables, Sweet tables, Sushi
tables, Cheese tables….
This is a trend which doesn’t look like disappearing any time soon as couples look to make an impact on their guests in a more fun and ‘personal’ way. Some popular ideas we used in 2013 included a Cheese & Port table, cigar bars/ lounges for the gents and pamper stations/parlors for the ladies. I love the idea of this Fruit and Vegetable station – it’s so bright and healthy looking. You could also incorporate: *Personal music – written by and/ or performed by you or a friend or family member. *A starlight dance floor and/ or starlight cloth. Twinkly lights really do give people a great feeling and encourage them to hit the dance floor. Add some poseur tables around the edges of the dance floor to keep them dancing and encourage them back from the bar! *A nightclub setting – make it quite dark with candles and comfy sofas and low tables *Set up a Martini or cocktail bar with glamorous/ themed waiting staff, a cigar bar/ lounge for the gents and a ladies pamper station/ lounge for the ladies *Don't forget to cater for the children, if you have some at your party, and keep them well entertained. Happy children means happy parents! Hire a nanny or set up a creche, create a special play area for them, an outdoor playhouse, big outdoor games, their own dance floor if space, inside games and maybe a tv or playstation if it's going to be a late one with some comfy floor cushions for the little who run out of steam. *Don't forget to keep your revellers topped up with snacks between meals to ease the effects of too much drink and dancing (a cheese table does this job very well). In any event a late night snack of egg/ bacon/ sausage baps or mini fish fillet/ burger and chip cones will keep them happy into the early hours!
As I said, there really is a never ending list of possibilities but whatever you choose to provide for your guests make sure it is presented well as it's all these special personal elements and little details which you create that will transform your Wedding from ordinary to “extra-ordinary” and which will wow your guests and have them talking about YOUR wedding for years to come! "Elizabeth Grafe emailed us with a beautiful idea we'd love to share with you I always thought that having quilt squares that attendees could put messages on was a great activity… it can then be made into a great keepsake for the couple. Not into detail sewing? Simpler way is a sheet of muslin and some paint pens that guests can write on then just bind it onto a quilt bat and backing fabric…or even easier find a premade quilt that paint pens will work on. Our church made us a quilt 26 years ago when we moved away… still use it and find comfort being wrapped in years of love!" Do you have any ideas to to share? Let us know in your comments.
