Bling! I am sure all girls love this word! It is pretty fashionable these days to have your bridal shoes all jazzed up with some bling, however not everyone is comfortable doing it on their own, there are some very professional people out there who can bring just the right bling! while taking care of your wallet! and not just shoes! everything from necklaces to charms to veils….. WOW!

Here is a little interview I did with the lady behind this glitter and sparkle magical world, Angela Frazier, to know better about their work and process, Enjoy!
WMP: When and how did you become interested in your field of work?
Angela Frazier: My first real job was in retail. I walked in needing a part time job and enjoyed it so much that I made a career out of it.

WMP: How long have you been in this business?
Angela Frazier: I was a store manager for a few different companies for over 20 years. I would make special items for people on the side but just opened my shop -on Etsy in December of last year.

WMP: What 3 words describe your work?
Angela Frazier: Exciting, Fun, Outrageous

WMP: What are some sources of inspiration or influences on your work?
Angela Frazier: I don’t really stay with the in crowd when it comes to my creations. I think as far outside of the box as possible. I think of what a customer might want but is to shy or scared to say that’s what they want.

WMP: How large, or established, is the business you currently govern? Are you looking to grow?
Angela Frazier: Right now I am the only employee. Although I do have my son and sister help me when I do bridal shows or other events. I definitely want to grow. I have already come a long way since last year. My goal is to have my creations in all of the states in the US and internationally. As of right now my creations are in 17 states and Ireland.

WMP: Tell us about your most recent project? What was the most difficult and/or relaxed aspect of it?
Angela Frazier: That’s easy. I had a wonderful customer contact me from Massachusetts. She wanted a pair of heels for her daughters quinceanera. They had to have peacock feathers but that’s all she told me. I came up with several idea’s that she loved but before we finalized she would go a different route. I drew dozens of sketches and actually made shoe models from scraps that I had here at my shop. After 158 Convos with her on Etsy we finalized the order. I am proud to say she was extremely happy to receive the shoes. She is going to send me pics from the party in Sept.

WMP: What sets your business apart from others of an identical nature?
Angela Frazier: Most of my creations are out there. I only have a few traditional wedding items the rest are what people have told me are not what they are used to seeing at a wedding. I am here for that bride that doesn’t want traditional. I am all about creating what nobody else wants to create.

WMP: What do you enjoy most about what you do?
Angela Frazier: The creativity. From the first moment a customer contacts me my creative juices start flowing. After conversing with them I find out how outrageous they want to get or how laid back they want to be. The whole process is creating, I love it.

WMP: What are common misconceptions about your services?
Angela Frazier: Customers generally think I do just traditional wedding items.

Angela Frazier: I work out of my home. I put in so many hours at times that it is easiest for me to hop out of bed into my office or shop.

WMP: Where do you see yourself in next 3-5 years?
Angela Frazier: I have always said that I will know people love my creations when I have nothing but referral business. I want people to want my creations because they love them not because I am the only one that they could find in a pinch.

Angela Frazier: My most popular items are my wedding ring sunglasses. I cant keep them on the shelf. All of my creations are one of a kind so I have to get creative with them. I have sold several pairs for the bride and daughter-matching set for the big day.
