Lots of wedding venues allow couples to use their wedding linens for their receptions. Most times the “free” linens are white or black and sometimes they are square for round tables. As you plan your wedding day be sure to get these details or stop by when they are setting up for a wedding at your venue so you can see what is available to you. Make sure you this question.
What size table do you use? Usually either a 60” round which takes a 120” round linen to just touch the floor (hiding the legs). Or they may use a 72” round which takes a 132” round linen to just touch the floor. If the venue states anything other than these sizes for the table be sure to see them before you decide on this part of your décor.
Once you know the answer you then have 2 options – use them or rent your own. Here are some photos and descriptions of how you can dress up one choice and make your wedding day fantastic with the other.
If you choose to use the hotel linens (and they fit the tables) then you can always use an overlay or table runner to add in your wedding colors. A last option would be to rent or purchase a couple of really great large napkins! (Yes! Napkins!)
